Our vetting

We are clear on this aspect of providing security services. Strongman security will not provide any staff that have not passed all the checks required to join our team. This includes the eligibility to work in the UK, SIA approved and fully vetted as per our standard vetting procedures. Alongside previous work references, we will ensure that each individual has the correct skills to carry out each task that our clients are paying for.


We look at every project on an individual basis and consider which of our people are right for your task. For example, someone who is particularly experienced retail guarding may not be comfortable carrying out late night patrols within a secure facility. We want our people to be happy with the job they are carrying out. So we really do think about each project from our clients perspective. Is that person right for that job? Will they blend with the client and the clients team?


Fast guard response - usually within two hours

We have access to a large database of vetted security officers using a mobile tracking device, enabling us to know instantly their availability and location ensuring that the right security officer is immediately assigned.

Depending on the assignment, the security officer will have the following: CCTV body camera, stab vest, protective gloves, high power torches, radio communication with earpiece, clickers, Strongman Security App (live tracking and performance monitoring)
